This exhibition, for the Hardthof Fest 2001, consisted of two parts; recent paintings on the ground floor and a photo installation above. The black & white photos of »sweepers« showed inhabitants of a German village sweeping the street, an almost ritual saturday morning activity. The sequence of 24 individuals pictured on the first wall, all sweeping in the same direction, was repeated on the second.
